Alan Siegel and Irene Etzkorn’s SIMPLE: Conquering the Crisis of Complexity goes on sale tomorrow, but if you want a sneak-peek at the title, a great piece by Alan and Irene ran in the Wall Street Journal over the weekend (on the cover of the review section, no less).

 

In it, they talk about something that’s on everyone’s mind these days: Why is everything so complex? From call centers to credit card applications (that are the size of novellas), why can’t things be simple?
