Recently, Amity Gaige spent a few days across the pond promoting SCHRODER, and she seems to have made quite an impression. In a fantastic Q&A with The Independent, Amity spoke with James Kidd about her writing life (she was first published at age sixteen, when I was still writing painfully bad songs about bad breakups) and the stories behind SCHRODER, and the possibility of a sequel (!). And up in merry Scotland, the Herald ran a lovely review of the book, calling it “a bold premise…lively.”
